Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), is seeking a qualified contractor to evaluate the Physical Efficiency Battery (PEB) from the standpoint of determining whether the PEB can be made a mandatory and legally defensible physical fitness program for ATF special agents. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete an SF-3881 Ach Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Offers shall be submitted to Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, 650 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Room 3290, Washington, DC 20226 no later than September 18, 2000, 3:00 PM (Washington, DC local time). Offerors will be Evaluated on Technical Experience, Past Performance, Price and acceptance of payment via EFT. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is RFQ000260.
