Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-236-00-122- AN (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Building Inspection, repair, and cleaning of decorative stonework. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to supply Inspection, repair, and cleaning of decorative stonework under a subcontract for two buildings located at 222 and 234 East 119th street (Pleasant East Apartments) in New York, New York. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management of Washington, DC under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Subcontractor will have to provide the work in accordance with labor rates published under Davis Bacon. Certified payrolls are required weekly. This IFB is structured in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Subcontractors must visit the site to inspect the work to be completed. Arco reserves the right to select more than one subcontractor for this solicitation.
