Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is seeking to identify potential sources to provide the following services: Provide Real Estate Appraisal Services as Part of the Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) for 6600+/- Existing Military Housing Units at Fort Hood, Texas. This firm-fixed-price procurement will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. FSC: R411 SIC: 6531 Size Standard: $1.5 Million The range for this procurement will be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION: Prospective sources MUST register for Plans and Specifications on the World Wide Web at http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil in order to be placed on the Plan Holders List.
