Description

The U. S. Department of Energy is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Grounds Maintenance Services at the U. S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge Operations consisting of grounds surrounding the Joe L. Evins Federal Office Building, 2714 Building Complex, 55 Jefferson Circle, and 1916T-2 Building. All of these facilities are located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The award will consist of a 1-year base period and four 1-year options. This procurement is restricted to SBA certified HUB-Zone firms and will be awarded as a Fixed-Price contract under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 in conjunction with Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, FAR Part 13.
