THE SOLICITATION AND PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT ISSUE DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM : O/A 1 JUL 00 AND 15 AUG 00 TO: O/A 18 SEP 00 AND 3 NOV 00. Contractor shall furnish all aircraft, equipment, maintenance (including spare parts, expendable items, lubricants, oil, and support equipment) and personnel, to provide up to 50 hours of flight training to Cadets and Lieutenants, and other students resulting in the issuance of a Private Pilot's Certificate (PPL). Performance period is a basic and up to seven (7) one year options. Anticipated basic period is 1 Jun 01 through 31 Dec 02. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8299 and the size standard is $18.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted (full and open competition). Solicitation and Performance Work Statement will be issued O/A 18 Sep 00 with a closing date O/A 3 Nov 00, utilizing the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS). This solicitation will be an Internet only solicitation; documents will not be available by any other means.
