Description

1. Vessel(s) Required: U.S. or Foreign Flag self-sustaining breakbulk vessel capable of maintaining 12 knots laden in moderate weather to transport two (2) LCM8 vessels from Beaumont, TX to Bizerte, Tunisia. Vessel crane(s) must have the capability to lift the boats off the ship and into the water at detination. Contractor to provide all lashing gear sufficient for securing cargo. Owner to warrant that any and all regulatory compliances are maintained. Cargo Description: Total cargo: Two (2) Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM-8) vessels with the following dimensions: Length: 73.60 Feet Beam: 21.08 Feet Height: 15.60 Feet Weight: 56.2 Metric Tons Both vessels are equipped with lifting points Terms: Free-In/Liner-Out 3.
