Description

The United States Postal Service is seeking to lease approximately 5,700 square feet of net interior space including an enclosed loading dock in Auburn, ME 04210. Also, some 40 parking spaces are required. The preferred area is bounded on the north by the intersection of Union and Center Streets, on the east by the Androscoggin River, on the west by Union Street and on the south by Court St., Mechanics Row and Main Street. Only existing space to be renovated will be considered. Proposals should be based on an "as-is" condition.
