Description

To cover the cost of all labor, equipment and materials to replace window/sash kits in quarters 4A, 4B and 4C on Mordecai Drive and Quarters 8A, Hagner Road, Watervliet Arsenal. Windows to be wood, custom colonial with white grilles and must be approved by Historical Society. PROCEED TO THE POINT OF AWARD. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The government's obligation under any contract to be awarded is contingent upon the availability of funding. It is proposed to negotiate this requirement only with Perfect Fit Replacement Windows based on approval by the Historical Society of previous windowindows provided. It is estimated that this requirement will be between $25,000 and $100,000 total. Wage Determination NY0000027, Modification 0 may apply to this requirement.
