This requirement is for fabrication of Choke and Plug Assemblies i.a.w. Dwg: 5206526, Rev. C includes Dwgs: 5206528, 5206529, 5206535 and 5206536. Qty: 5000 each. Delivery schedule: 200 each First Articles by 01 December 2000, 2,500 each by 15 January 2001 and 2,500 each by 15 March 2001. No First Article is required for Mohawk Electronic System, Inc.
