Two changes are necessary for the SPLAV 300 mm BM 9A52 (12 round) Smerch Multiple Rocket System procurement inclusive of its options for Surrogate SPLAVs, MAZ-543M (8X8) Trucks and various spares: 1) The date of solicitation's availability has achanged from on or about Sept 4, 2000 to on or about Sept 28, 2000. 2) The Internet address for retieving/accessing the solicitation has changed from http://www.proc.redstone.army.mil to http://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil (note the removal of the dot between "www" and "proc")
