Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole-source modification under contract N00019-96-C-0018 with Telos Corporation, Ashburn VA to add one additional option year for Advanced Tomahawk Weapon Control System (ATWCS) production. At the end of the current contract, Telos, as the sole producer of ATWCS rack kits, will have manufactured and delivered 91% of the identified fleet requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government and unacceptable delays in fulfilling fleet needs. Notes 22 and 26.
