Description

NSN: 2920-01-012-3163 Ignition Unit, Low voltage. Used on: Auxliary power unit. A-10 and F-100 aircraft. Estimated annual demand quantity: 2920-01-012-3163, with various quantities to be delivered to various locations 180 days after date of award. The proposed procurement will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Approved sources are: Federal-Mogul Aviation Products (0AFL4) P/N 305035-2, Unison Industries Inc. (59501) P/N 10-516000-1 and Honeywell Intl Inc. (99193) 3888000-2. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER/QUOTE WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. **SEE Notes 12 and 26 ** This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp/ on its issue date of 09/26/00. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
