Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to negotiate a sole source contract with WCB Ice Cream Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Philadelphia, PA for the purchase of a reconditioned Freezing Unit to replace the existing Ice Cream Freezing Unit which is an integral part of the Ice Cream Production System. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). Due to the urgency of this requirement, FISC intends to award a sole source contract 7 days after the publication of this notice. Contracting POC is Carla Backus who can be reached at (202) 433-7148.
