Description

Empennange Split Stand for C-5 Aircraft Maintenance, Painting and Corrosion Control, 1 each. Stock class 4940; SIC code 3537 apply. Line items (3) inlcude the stand, compressed air capability, and explosion proof flourescent lighting fixtures (air and lights are optional and may or may not be awarded depending on available funding after evaluation of offers). Copy of the applicable Statement of Work is available upon fax or email request to the buyer listed in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW theformat in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in thi notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Oferrors); 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items); 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items); and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders-Commercial Items).
