Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to Motorola, Inc. for thirty (30) P/N P2032A hand held control heads and thirty (30) P/N G474 SIU Processors. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been Certified, Justified and Approved for Motorola, Inc.. This acquisition will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR Part 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is September 20, 2000.
