Description

The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following N.E.T. telephone equipment: 25 each, PX3, S/W, Primeswitch, R5.01.03 W/ License 8-pt; 25 each, PX3, S/W License, AT&T 4ESS; 3 each, PX3, Module, Primeswitch PX3, 8X8X8, 8 pt; 3 each, Prime Voice echo canceller, 32 channels; 5 each, Spare SA Trunk Card. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is DAAB18-00-Q-3014. The request for quotation document and the purchase order incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 97-12. The SIC code is 5065, the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of best value including cost, technical acceptance and performance risk assessment.
