- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to award a Sole Source contract to Compliance Information Systems, 2363 South Foothill Drive, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, UT 84109, in support of the Human Resources Operatons Center. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared and approved. Place of delivery is Washington, DC. The SIC Code is 7371, with a corresponding size standad of $18 million. The proposed contract is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
