Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for 150 each, 7.0 Chief Architect. Must meet the following specifications: Design/drawing program. Built-in 2D CAD systems provides the ability to draw and annotate two-dimensional objects. Create lines, circles, arcs, text, and arrowheads. Makes the modeling (drawing) of the building or scenes fast, easy, accurate and detailed. This procurement is a small business set-aside. No solicitation package is available. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote within 3 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice. Award will be made based on price and best value to the government. Any technical questions must be submitted in writing, sent by fax and answers will be made no later than 4:30PM closing date of publication. No further questions can be asked after the closing date. Quotes must include price and product literature, which list specifications. Shipping must be FOB Destination to Washington, DC. Awardee must complete a SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Form, for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer, (EFT). Quotes will be acceptable by mail or facsimile machine (202) 927-7311.
