Use numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. The appropriate NSN for this RFQ is 8340-00-262-3698, and that Specification number is MIL-T-14056G dated (21 NOV 88). There will be 1 Delivery 180 days after date of award to both the Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA and Defense Distribution Depot Albany, Ga. The last award was dated May 4, 1999 and that unit price was $320.00. This procurement will require a quantity of 150 Tents. This RFQ will be a total small Business Set-Aside. Far part 12 procedures do not apply in this acquisitions. All responsible sources may request RFQ packages and then submit quotes which DSCP shall consider.
