Description

Use numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. The appropriate NSN: for this award is 8340-00-753-6575 "POLE, TENT, UPRIGHT, TELESCOPIC, ALUMINUM, OD, W/HARDWARE, W/O CLEATS, 3FT.,5FT.,7-FT. EXPANDABLE LENGTHS F/USE W/GPS TENTS." The specification applicable to this particular item is MIL-P-40148F dated (9 JAN 1987). There will be exactly 3 deliveries beginning 120 days after the date of award. Those two destinations will be the Defense Distribuiton Depot Barstow, Ca and Defense Distribution Albany, GA. This RFQ will be a total small Business Set-Aside. The last award unit price was $18.46 and that was dated back in AUGUST 15, 1998. This current procurement will require a quantity of 4500 to sustain our current levels. Far part 12 procedures do not apply in this particular acquisition.
