Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, number N00259-00-T-0094 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. A listing of line item numbers and description for the Non-Personal Service Contract for Organist, quantity of 204 each are as follows: Item 0001, Period of Performance: Base Year: 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001. Item 0002, Lot I/Option Year 1: 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, availability (performance date) and past performance. This acquisitions incorporate the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-36, 52.225-11, 252.225-7002, 252.225-7009, 52.232-34, 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, 52.217-9 All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
