This is a notice of intent to negotiate sole source with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, Charlotte, North Carolina to provide Clinical Services for a Mycobacterium Tuberculosis study for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham, North Carolina for the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. See Note 22.
