Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) F49642-00-T-0154. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.8. This is a Sole Source requirement. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure the following service. Non-personal service to provide overnight accommodations, conference rooms, 3 meals per day, and standard Audio visual equipment to support the Air Force Medical Service Senior Executive Leadership Conference September 24 _ 29, for 107 attendees and 18 staff members/General Officers. Conference rooms include: 1 General Session room to hold 125 attendees for 4 days; 6 Breakout rooms for 4 days; 1 Office for 4 days; and Registration Table set-up for 4 days. Audio-visual equipment includes: 4 DATA projectors for 4 days; 1 Microphone for 4 days; Audio-visual support set-up and take down for 4 days; 6 Radios for 4 days; Fax machine; and 2 Laptops for 4 days. Only faxed or emailed quotations will be accepted, and request must include name, address, cage code, tax I.D. number, DUNNS number, telephone number, and business size/type. If your company is a small business size, specify the type (e.g., woman-owned, minority owned, etc.). All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423.
