- This is a notice of intent to negotiate sole source with Baxter Instrument Services, Renal Division, PO Box 3350, Finellas Park, FL 33780 to furnish all labor, materials and transportation to perform maintenance and repair on Government-owned Drake Willock system 1000 dialysis machines located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC and in patient homes for the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. See Note 22.
