Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform scheduled bi-weekly and monthly maintenance and repair of hydraulic and cable type elevators at the VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD. Contract includes emergency call back services. Contract period shall commence on October 1, 2000 with two option years included. Solicitation will be available approximately September 15, 2000. Offers are due on September 26, 2000 at close of business, local time. Requests for the solicitation package must be writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. Solicitation package will be available approximately September 15, 2000. Requests for the solicitation package may be sent via fax to 605-745-2092 to the Contracting Officer's attention. Applicable SIC code is 8999. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Subject to the availability of funds.
