Description

The Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC, has a requirement for a contractor to provide full maintenance service to include all labor, equipment, parts and transportation to perform preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repair service on a GE RFX Advantx Radiographic/Fluoroscopic X-ray system located at the Greenville, SC, Outpatient Clinic; a GE RFX45 Advantx Radiographic/Fluoroscopic X-ray System located at the Dorn VAMC, Columbia, SC; and a GE Ultrasonic Unit (Sonochrome) located at the Greenville, SC, Outpatient Clinic. A four-hour response time at the site is required. Contract will be for a base year and two one-year option periods. Solicitation will be available September 7, 2000 and quotes will be due September 27, 2000. SIC 7699 applies. Requests must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 803-695-6781.
