- Description
- The DVAMC, Birmingham, AL, has a requirement for a support service contract for the Hewlett Packard Monitoring System located at this facility. Services shall include the following: 1) telephone assistance around the clock throughout the week, calls returned within four (4) hours; 2) Remote diagnosis; 3) on-site system coverage when performance cannot be restored remotely, Agilent will have someone on-site within 24 hours; 4) PC & workstations -- support for PCs and workstation is limited to 8am to 5pm Central time, Monday through Friday; 5) software restoration; 6) software fixes (patches); 7) software updates; 8) software update planning; 9) software update training; 10) support account manager; 11) operational reviews; and 12) on-site training and consulting. Anyone purporting to be able to supply a full service support contract for this equipment may submit a written response demonstrating such capabilities including documentation by September 18, 2000.
