This modification is the second addendum to answer a question regarding the solicitation PR-R0-00-10026. QUESTION: The equipment list shows equipment that is located "(in mobile lab)". Will the service and maintenance on the equipment in the mobile lab take place at remote sites or at the lab? ANSWER: All service and maintenance for the equipment including the mobile lab equipment will take place at US EPA, Region 10, Manchester Laboratory, 7411 Beach Drive Port Orchard, WA 98366.
