Description

Sole source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BAE Systems Aircraft Controls, 3400 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90406, to upgrade seven each Mark V Muzzle Velocity Radars. BAE Systems Aircraft Controls, as the equipment manufacturer, is the only firm that can provide the upgrade based on proprietary data. The SIC code is 3812/750. Award for this requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
