Description

The United States Department of Labor supportive of the Bureau of International Labor Affairs is entering into a Sole Source procurement with The Interstate Conference of Employment Security Agencies, (ICESA) of 444 North Capital Street, N.W., Suite 142, Washington, D.C. 20001, for Technical Cooperation Projects on an integrated labor market information and labor exchange system for the Anglophone Carribbean and Suriname to strengthen labor information systems and establish an internet based model job bank. The Department of Labor does not have a solicitation document for this requirement and no solicitation will be issued as a result of this synopsis.
