14 -- 26TH AIR ARMAMENT SYMPOSIUM AT EGLIN AFB FL

- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC) and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) are jointly hosting the 26th Air Armament Symposium (AAS) at Eglin AFB, Florida on 18-19 October 2000. This symposium offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen government-to-industry relationships and provide industry an understanding of the future Air Armament Center opportunities. The symposium will also provide a synopsis of Air Armament Summit 2000 and a preview of Summit 2001. Symposium presentations will offer valuable insight of technical developments from key leaders in air armament and examine the warfighter requirement & weaponization challenges of tomorrow, to include panel discussions of industry solutions and partnerships to effectively meet future requirements. All briefings and discussions will be unclassified. Industry is encouraged to share solutions, information and ideas. Exhibit areas will be available for any industry partners wishing to utilize available display spaces for no fee. Seating is limited and registration is offered on a first-come basis only. Online registration capability is located at http://www.eglin.af.mil/AACNDIAsymp. Attendance cost is $50 for Government and $100 for Industry personnel. Following the 26th AAS, the Air Force Association (AFA) will host a Golf Tournament at the Eglin Golf Course on 20-21 October 00 and an Awards Banquet the evening of 21 October.
