Description

The USDA Forest Service is looking for a source to provide all labor, supervision and food stuffs to approximately 230 students and staff. Source will also conduct a culinary arts training and job placement program for students at the Golconda Job Corps Center. Place of performance will be at the Golconda Job Corps Center in Golconda, Illinois. The Golconda Center is located in Pope County, Illinois, twelve (12) miles northeast of Golconda, Illinois and three (3) miles south of the intersection of State Highway 146 and State Route 34. The Job Corp provides young adults between the ages of 16 to 24 years of age the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. Solicitation will be for a base year and four (4), one (1) year options. Performance will start on or after February 1, 2001. This is a total small business set aside. See Note 1.
