Description

The Ohio Army National Guard intends to place recruiting advertisements on the Bengals webpage, the scoreboard, distribute of National Guard Programs during pre-game of the Bengals v. Broncos game, and have an opportunity to provide a Color Guard for one game. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of 6.302,. Interested persons may identify thheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve proposals. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of detemining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Telephone or facsimile proposals are not accepted. Only written proposals directly from the proposer will be accepted.****
