- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to MassTurnpike Authority/Fast Lane Service Center for toll expenses for OGV's for the New England Field Division. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been Certified, Justified and Approved for MA/FLSC. This acquisition will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR Part 13 dated December 15, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is September 20, 2000.
