Description

7513 Truck Rental and Leasing, Without Drivers Requirement to Lease a 4 wheel drive, 4 Door Super Crew Cab, with automatic transmission and air conditioning. Truck must have seat belts and seating capacity for six (6) adults. Lease period will be from mid September 2000 to 31 Aug 01. Offered model years should be not older than 1998. Suggested type of fuel is alternate fueled vehicle (AFV). However, both gas and diesel fueled vehicles are acceptable. Desired truck model is a Ford F-250 or equal. Vehicle will be driven in and around Nellis AFB, NV., (20 miles north of Las Vegas, NV.) Vehicle will also be driven on the interstate and off road, base ranges in support of official Air Force missions. The estimated annual mileage is estimated between 15,000 and 25,0000 miles. The user will perform normal driver maintenance, e.g. checking gauges filling gas tank and tires. The Government will self-insure the vehicle. Vendor will be responsible for routine scheduled maintenance. E.g. oil changes, tune-ups, tire rotation, and repairs. Applicable SIC Code for this requirement is: 7513 and the annual average gross revenue is $18.5 million dollars.
