Construction and lease of a new postal facility at Hazlehurst, GA 31539-9998 (Jeff Davis County). USPS controlled site is located on the South side of Cromartie Street between Odom and Hinson Streets. Site size is 91,077.6 SF (2.091 acres) and the net interior of the building will contain 8,000 SF. 20 year lease term with two, five-year renewal options at fixed prices.
