Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for clearing, grubbing, and disposal of debris therefrom; construction of roadway, paved inlet channel, temporary cofferdam, walkway bridge, and outlet structure; providing reinforced concrete pipe culvert, sluice gate and lifting assembly; fertilizing and seeding; and environmental protection. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. For the purpose of this procurement, to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the three preceeding years not exceeding $11.5 million or other criteria as prescribed by the Small Business Administration. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 1771. There will be 26 drawings.
