Description

This is a modification to a previous notice, submission number: 489377, submitted on August 23, 2000. This modification is to dissolve the small business set aside. The acquisition is now unrestricted. The issue date is now 27 September 2000 with a closing date of 27 October 2000. NSN: 4730-01-182-4430, Bolt, Fluid Passage. Source: Jacobs Mfg. Co. (75078) P/N: 001318. Inspection and acceptance at destination. Annual demand quantity: 1,044 each. Material/Supplies will be shipped to two separate zones respectively. . All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s): twenty-six (26). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs/dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 27 September 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
