With First Articel delivery is 266 each 150 days after contract award. First Article Test Report is due 108 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 266 each 120 days after contract award. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are Magnetic Seal Corporation, Warren, RI and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
