Description

The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to FI Instruments, INC./ VG Scientific on other than full and open competitive basis for the purchase of a 1 year service contract for X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer which will include additional emergency visits, additional and consumable parts. Award will be made on the sole source basis because FI Instruments is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. See Note(s) 22.
