The Government wishes to sell $10.5 million worth of aggregable Toshiba coupons awarded to it under the Warranty Remedy provisions of a recent class action settlement agreement with Toshiba and its subsidiaries (Ethan Shaw, et al. v. Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. et al., 1:99-CV-0120(TH) E.D.Tex.).
