- Provide Joint Pipeline Office (JPO) telecommunications and full LAN access to all applications for the JPO Anchorage, Valdez and Fairbanks offices. Video conferencing to be established via LAN between JPO Anchorage, Valdez and Fairbanks offices. Delivery by October 13, 2000.
