Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Eastern and Western Area Commands Branch (DTS41) intends to issue a sole source contract to Vanguard Integrity Professionals, 180 S. Anita Drive, Suite 201, Orange, CA 92868 for the renewal of software license/maintenance for the following proprietary products: Site Licenses for Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU Pilot 55, S/N 0203, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU Pilot 55, S/N 0203, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU GS-795, S/N 2415, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU GX8420, S/N 0019. CPU Licenses: Vanguard RACF Adminstrator (VRA), CPU 2003/126, S/N 8697, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU 5995-12670, S/N 2288, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU GS-755, S/N 4114, Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU 9672/R76, S/N 7881 and Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA), CPU 9672/X37, S/N 5572. These license are located at DISA/Defense Megacenter Columbus, 3990 East Broad street, Bldg #23, Columbus, OH 43216-5000 and DISA/Defense Megacenter Mechanicsburg, Mechanicsburg, PA for the period of 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9414 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
