Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on 06 Sep 00 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a request for the entire solicitation package via fax. The requested solicitation document, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. SIC 7389. Contractor shall provide all personnel, parts, tools, equipment, vehicles, and supervision necessary to install (2) Liquidator Series XLTC Control Units and (4) Liquidator flanged flow cells to existing Liquidator System at Bldg 4550 Wilford hall Medical Center, on Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained by written request to A1C Marsha L. Hosein fax 210 671-5063. A site visit will be made available upon request. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received full solicitation package, submit written offers via fax (oral offers will not be considered), on solicitation F41636-00-T-0757 to A1C Marsha L. Hosein. The due date for all quotes will be 18 Sep 00 by 4:00pm. Awards will be based on lowest price.
