- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with United Technologies Company, Pratt and Whitney, for modification kits for J52 series engines for the United States Navy and Foreign Military Sales. Negotiations are anticipated on a sole source basis with United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney, P. O. Box 109600, West Palm Beach, FL 33410, only known designer and manufacturer.
