Description

This effort is for contractor operated depot level inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair, of secondary items, assemblies and subassemblies for the AVENGER Weapon System. National Stock Numbers covered under this effort are 5998-01-314-0968; 5998-01-326-7170; 5998-01-420-3424; 5998-01-314-7752, and 5998-01-385-5509. This proposed acquisition is for the procurement of repair hours. This effort includes a FY01 base year requirement (40 hr), an FY01 option (760 hrs) and options for FY02 through FY05 (800 hrs per FY respectively). RFP will be issued to General Dynamics Armament Systems Inc., 128 Lakeside Ave, Burlington, VT 05401-4985. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
