Description

Maintenance service for two (2) Sudbury RTAS dictation systems with voice management and multiple dictation and transcription stations. Service includes ability to provide 24 hour consultant services. Must be able to monitor system functions from remote site, provide off-site and on-site maintenance as necessary, provide technical hardware and software support, upgrades, and provide parts within 24 hours.
