Description

MEDICAL SERVICES. Contractor to provide Wilford Hall Medical Center with scheduled preventive maintenance inspections (PMI_s), calibration, on-call remedial maintenance, and as-needed parts and service for Metabolic Exercise Cart manufactured by Sensormedics Corp. Service shall include all travel, labor, parts, materials, manufacturer's authorized field modification instructions (FMI_s), individual tools and test equipment required to service and maintain the Metabolic Exercise Cart. Contractor shall provide all software updates, to Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC) equipment, to include field modifications, safety corrections, revisions designed to correct software deficiencies and equipment modifications normally furnished by the manufacturer. Period of performance to be one year from date of award, with four one-year options. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) 7699 applies. Size standard is $5 million. All proposers are cautioned that if selected for award they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http:www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ Confirmation of CCR registration must be confirmed before award can be made. Bid quote will be available on or about September 20, 2000 at 3:00P.M. local time and acceptance must be good for 30 days. Request solicitation documents in writing or by fax.
