Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole-source procurement to Doylestown Hospital/Dept. of Radiology/ to read approximately 250 x-ray films of various types. The requirement is for the Branch Medical Clinic, Willow Grove, PA. The Clinic will drop film to be read at the Contractor's place of business. The Contractor will provide "wet read" exams and regular reads for all exams completed by the Clinic and provide a written transcription report for all exams read by a radiologist within a 2-3 day turn around. Contractor will contact the Senior Medical Officer ASAP with any abnormal readings. The clinic will transport all exams to and from the Contractors'place of business. The Contractor will also provide training for all advanced X-ray techs and provide support to the tech via quality control for radiographic reads. Period: 01 0ct 00 thru 30 Sep 01 plus two (2)option years. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and contingent upon availability of FY 01 funding.
