Description

This action is an 8(a) competitive solicitation in accordance with FAR 19.8. Only SBA certified 8(a) firms may apply. Offers from other than 8(a) certified firms will not be considered. The EPA, Region 2, requires support services to operate and manage four Superfund document file rooms. Three are located at 290 Broadway, NY, NY 10007-1866 and the fourth is located at the EPA facility, 2890 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, NJ 08837-3679. The support services include; maintenance and operation of four file rooms, management of documents and records, file compilation, updating of files, compilation of administrative records, creation of removal site file kits, researching of records for specific information, maintenance of the electronic Superfund Document Management System, updating federal facilities dockets and providing for records disposition. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 8741. The proposed contract is for a base year plus four-one year options. This is a competitive best value acquisition in which the offerors technical expertise will receive equal consideration to the price.
